Role Overview
We are looking for a
Business Development / Sales Executive
who will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and closing deals for our agency services.
This role is ideal for someone who has
prior experience in sales or business development
, especially in a
service-based or agency environment
.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients (startups, brands, creators)
Perform outbound sales and outreach via LinkedIn, calls, email, WhatsApp, etc.
Pitch Craiz Virality's digital marketing services to potential clients
Follow up with leads and close sales opportunities
Schedule and manage client calls and discussions
Maintain and update lead and sales data using spreadsheets or CRM tools
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
Required Skills & Experience
1-3 years of experience in
Business Development or Sales
Prior experience in a
digital marketing agency or service-based company
preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in speaking with new clients and handling objections
Organized, disciplined, and consistent with follow-ups
Comfortable using Google Sheets / Excel
