Responsibilities: Door-to-door promotion of rooftop solar systems under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana, lead capture, and site surveys.
Requirements: Graduate (ITI /Diploma Electrical), fluent Marathi, 0-2 years experience, own two-wheeler mandatory.
Compensation: ₹8,000-?10,000/month base, plus incentives per sale; top performers can earn total up to ₹12,000/month +TA+DA
Probation: 2 Months.
