We're looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. As a BD Associate at Olous, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting our sales strategy in the AEC sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about tech, real estate, construction, or architecture, and wants to grow with a high-potential startup.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers in the AEC industry.
Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
Assist in qualifying leads and scheduling product demos with senior sales or product teams.
Connect with HR professionals across AEC companies for onboarding and partnership discussions.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Understand and communicate the features and value proposition of Olous.app to prospects.
Support in proposal creation, follow-ups, and deal closure processes.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market movements.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback and improve go-to-market strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
6 months-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role (internship experience counts).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
