About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented
Business Development & Sales Executive
to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-value property sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong network of HNIs and investors.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and walk-ins
Pitch luxury real estate projects (Residential & Commercial) to clients
Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential buyers
Negotiate and close high-ticket property deals
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM data and generate sales reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
1+ years of real estate or sales experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage HNI clients and investment-driven buyers
Own vehicle preferred (for site visits)
