Business Development & Sales Executive
to join our expanding team. This position involves driving new business, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth within the
corporate travel space

Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Pipeline Management:
Identify new potential clients, generate qualified leads, and maintain a steady and organized sales funnel.
Client Outreach & Conversion:
Initiate contact with prospective clients, manage regular follow-ups, and convert leads into consistent, long-term customers.
Cold Calling & Business Outreach:
Engage with organizations through phone calls, emails, and meetings to pitch customized travel management solutions.
Sales Execution:
Strategically plan and execute sales efforts to achieve or exceed set revenue and client acquisition goals.
Client Relationship Building:
Maintain positive client relationships, ensuring top-notch service and customer satisfaction.
Market Insight & Strategy:
Research competitors, monitor market movements, and adapt strategies to align with evolving business needs.
Corporate Meetings & Travel:
Attend in-person client meetings and travel for business purposes as required.
Networking & Brand Growth:
Represent the brand at industry events and networking forums to strengthen visibility and business outreach.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of
2 years' experience
in business development, corporate or travel sales.
Degree in
Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field
(BBA/MBA preferred).
Core Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills with strong command over business correspondence and email etiquette.
Proven expertise in
sales negotiations, lead conversions, and client relationship management
.
Strong analytical and research abilities to identify new growth opportunities.
Proficiency in
CRM platforms, MS Office Suite, and reporting tools
.
