We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development / Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience to help expand our client base and support business growth in the healthcare recruitment domain.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through calls, meetings, emails, and networking Build and maintain strong client relationships Identify client requirements and present suitable recruitment/workforce solutions Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery Maintain lead and sales records in CRM Negotiate terms and successfully close deals
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up ability Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools preferred
