Position SummaryAs a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for responding to, closing and onboarding leads from smaller companies, nurturing potential clients, and assisting the Client Partner and Account Manager in managing customer relationships and business development. - Your role will involve engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth sales process.- The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is eager to learn, can manage multiple client interactions, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. This role is office-based in Ahmedabad, India.Key Responsibilities:- Respond to inbound leads from smaller companies, guiding them through the sales process and addressing inquiries.- Qualify potential clients, understand their requirements, and provide relevant information on Hitech's solutions.- Support the Client Partner and Account Manager by conducting market research, preparing reports, and assisting in client interactions.- Follow up with leads and prospects to drive engagement and conversions.- Maintain CRM records and track client interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate data.- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documents for client meetings.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.- Engage with existing clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for further collaboration and growth.Qualifications & Experience:- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles in Digital Solutions, Business Process Management, Software Solutions, or SaaS.- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.- Strong interest in process automation, IT solutions, and digital transformation.- Experience in one or more of the following areas, data annotation / labelling, image editing, RPA solutions, data processing using OCR and AI, will be a real advantage.- Demonstrable experience of consultative solution-selling methodologies.Key Competencies:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.- Ability to learn quickly and understand technical solutions.- Proactive and self-motivated approach to sales and business development.- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client interactions efficiently.- Detail-oriented mindset to maintain accurate records and follow structured sales processes.- Collaborative team player.- Strong English communication skills - verbal and written.What We Offer:- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.- Office-based role in Ahmedabad, offering exposure to international sales processes.- Learning and career development opportunities in a fast-growing technology-driven organization.- A collaborative and supportive work environment with mentorship from experienced professionals.
