Job Summary: The Marketing & Business Development Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, and managing client relationships. The role involves developing strategies for product promotion, handling technical and commercial evaluations, and ensuring successful order execution. The candidate will work closely with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams to achieve business targets and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Marketing: - Identify potential customers and new business opportunities in targeted domains. - Develop and execute marketing strategies for various products. - Promote and position the company's products in the market. Technical & Commercial Responsibilities: - Prepare and evaluate technical and commercial offers for customers. - Conduct market research to track industry trends and product innovations. - Maintain relationships with vendors and OEMs to negotiate technical and commercial terms. Sales & Order Management: - Follow up on orders from inception to delivery, ensuring compliance with warranty and guarantee terms. - Work towards achieving quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales targets. - Prepare reports on marketing and business development activities for senior management. Client & Stakeholder Management: - Compile and deliver product presentations for clients and management. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth order execution and after-sales support. Product & Industry Expertise: - Develop expertise in the following marketing and business development domains: - Solar & Wind Power Equipment with Control & Automation EV Charging Stations - Lithium-Ion Cells and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) - Electrolysis Plants (Green, Grey & Blue Hydrogen Plants) - LV, MV & HV Products (Switchgear & Controls) - LV, MV & HV Transformers - CEMS (Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems) for Environmental Protection - Basic understanding of FGD (Flue Gas Desulphurization Plants) - Basic knowledge of Instrumentation & Controls Continuous Learning & Improvement: - Stay updated on industry advancements, new product developments, and technological enhancements. - Undergo training programs to enhance product knowledge and improve marketing skills. - Track and analyse improvements in the company's product range. In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, management reserves the right to assign any other tasks as and when required.
