The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge of thermal packaging and cold chain logistics with proven success in global B2B sales.- This role requires a balance of strategic market development, client relationship management, and technical solution selling across pharmaceuticals, life sciences, food, and perishable goods sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across international markets.- Build long-term partnerships with distributors, logistics providers, OEMs, and enterprise clients.- Achieve and exceed export sales targets while driving revenue growth in assigned territories.Client Engagement & Solution Selling- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations showcasing PCM-based cold chain solutions.- Design tailored proposals, quotations, and commercial offers aligned with customer requirements.- Negotiate pricing and contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.Market Intelligence- Analyze competitor strategies, regional pricing dynamics, and customer preferences.- Provide structured market feedback to R&D and product teams to shape offerings for global demand.Collaboration & Reporting- Work closely with internal teams (R&D, Operations, Customer Support) to deliver seamless client experiences.- Maintain CRM systems with accurate sales pipeline updates.- Submit regular performance reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.Qualifications- Bachelor's/master's in engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.- Strong technical understanding of cold chain technology, thermal packaging, or PCM-based solutions.Experience- 3+ years of international B2B sales experience in cold chain, temperature-controlled packaging, or logistics.- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding export sales targets.Experience working with pharma, biotech, or perishable goods logistics highly desirable.- Cross-cultural communication and negotiation experience in global markets.
