Urgently hiring Business Development[Only females] in BKC,Mumbai.We are looking for female candidates with 6+ yrs of relevant experience.Business Development Manager - Mergers & AcquisitionsLocation: BKC, Mumbai[5 days working]Experience: 4-8 years in Business Development / M&A / Investment BankingIndustry Preference: Financial Advisory, Investment Banking, M&A ConsultingRoles & Responsibilities:- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients (corporates,) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of companies seeking M&A, fundraising, or strategic partnerships.- Conduct market research to identify acquisition targets, buyers, and sellers across industries.- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, founders, and decision-makers.- Collaborate with the advisory team to prepare proposals, pitch decks, and transaction materials.- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings to support deal origination and execution.- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and deal flow in relevant sectors.- Achieve business development targets in terms of client acquisition, mandates signed, and revenue generation.- Represent the company in networking events, forums, and conferences to enhance visibility and market presence.Key Requirements:- Proven experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Deal Origination (preferably in M&A, investment banking, or financial advisory).- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation, mapping decision-makers, and outreach campaigns.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand financials, valuations, and market positioning.- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.- MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or related fields preferred.Interested candidates can share your resumes Sherin Saji (ref:updazz.com)
