The Business Development Executive/Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, participating in government tenders, and increasing company revenue. The role requires strong coordination with internal teams to ensure successful execution of projects and long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Business Growth & Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities in government and private sectors.
Generate leads and convert them into confirmed projects.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and departments.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Tender & Bid Management
Search, analyze, and participate in government tenders (GeM, e-tendering portals, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, pricing, and compliance.
Ensure timely submission of bids and follow-ups for tender results.
Client Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients.
Attend meetings, pre-bid meetings, and site visits when required.
Address client queries and ensure satisfaction during project execution.
Internal Coordination
Coordinate with operations, technical, and finance teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure commitments made to clients are achievable and delivered on time.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of leads, tenders, and contracts.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Experience in business development, sales, or tendering (government projects preferred).
Knowledge of government tender procedures and portals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
