Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager/Executive located in Jaipur. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. The Business Development Manager/Executive will also be responsible for creating business proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in sales, business development, or marketing

Knowledge of advertising and marketing industry trends

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

Proven track record of meeting sales targets

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Experience with CRM software is a plus
