Key Responsibilities



Proactively reach out to hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare groups to understand their software/IT needs. Establish and nurture connections with hospitals to gauge their interest in adopting our software solutions. Conduct detailed market and competitor research to identify potential institutions and decision-makers. Generate and qualify leads, schedule demos, and coordinate product presentations with internal teams. Maintain a structured pipeline and follow up consistently to move prospects forward. Prepare research-backed outreach plans, reports, and actionable insights for leadership. Collaborate with product, consulting, and tech teams to understand offerings and position them effectively.

Represent the company professionally during calls, emails, meetings, and field interactions.


Required Skills & Qualifications



Male candidate preferred

(due to occasional field work). Excellent

English communication skills

, both verbal and written. Experience in

business development, inside sales, or client outreach

(healthcare/SaaS preferred). Strong

research skills

for gathering hospital data, mapping stakeholders, and analyzing opportunities. Ability to confidently engage with doctors, administrators, IT heads, and CXOs. Highly proactive, self-driven, and comfortable initiating conversations with new prospects. Basic understanding of hospital workflows or healthcare IT systems (HIS/RIS/PACS), or willingness to learn quickly. Strong documentation, presentation, and analytical skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
