Role Summary:
Join as a Business Development Executive focused on technology sales. You will help grow our client base by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and supporting the sales process in the tech domain. This is a great role for highly motivated freshers and early-career professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for technology sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in the tech sector
Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and meetings to present company offerings
Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
Manage and update sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and lead conversion
Represent the company professionally during client interactions
Support achievement of revenue targets through proactive outreach and relationship management
Qualifications & Skills:
0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (tech background is a plus but not mandatory)
Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a startup environment
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
