Job Role: Business Development Executive - Healthcare



We are looking for dynamic and motivated Business Development Executives to work on-ground with doctors, hospitals, and clinics in their assigned territories. The role involves meeting doctors in person, introducing Blueocean Healthcare's services, generating new business opportunities, and acting as a bridge between healthcare clients and internal service teams.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy field work, relationship-building, and working in the healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities



Visit doctors in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions as per the assigned territory plan. Introduce and explain Blueocean Healthcare's services such as: Website development for doctors and hospitals Digital marketing and online visibility solutions Patient education and social media programs Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinic owners, and hospital administrators. Identify potential clients and generate new business leads. Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and share progress with the internal team. Act as a coordination point between doctors and internal delivery teams for onboarding, queries, and feedback. Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and client requirements to support strategy and service improvement.

Who Should Apply



Fresh graduates or early-career professionals interested in healthcare, marketing, or business development. Candidates comfortable with field work and meeting clients in person. Strong communication skills in English and local language. Self-motivated, presentable, and willing to learn.

Preferred Qualifications



Degree in BBA, MBA, B.Com, B.Sc, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related fields. Prior experience in healthcare, pharma, hospital coordination, or medical sales is an advantage (not mandatory).
