Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident

Telecaller / Business Development Executive

to join our overseas education team. The role involves connecting with students and parents interested in studying abroad, explaining available opportunities, and assisting in the admission process.

You will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospects, and helping convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to students and parents who have shown interest in studying abroad. Explain study options, countries, courses, and visa procedures clearly and confidently. Follow up on inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to convert them into enrollments. Maintain a database of leads and track follow-ups regularly. Support the counselling and documentation teams with qualified leads. Participate in education fairs, webinars, and promotional activities as required. Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.

Candidate Requirements



Excellent communication skills in

English, Hindi, and Telugu

(mandatory). Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in

telecalling, counselling, or sales

preferred (education sector experience is a plus). Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Education & Experience



Minimum qualification: Graduation (any stream). Experience: 1-3 years preferred; freshers with good communication skills can apply.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
