Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions based on the company's offerings. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business plans. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Maintain CRM systems and provide regular reports on sales pipeline and performance. Negotiate and close deals efficiently and professionally. Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments.

Requirements:



Minimum 3

years of experience

in business development, sales, or a related role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of the market and customer dynamics. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
