We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
Contact potential clients via calls, emails, meetings, and networking
Present company products and services to prospective customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate business solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to improve business outcomes
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
