Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand customer needs.
Actively generate leads through
cold calling, networking
and other channels.
Schedule and attend meetings with prospects; listen actively to understand concerns and requirements.
Deliver tailored
presentations and demos
of our products/services to potential clients.
Prepare regular reports with
sales performance metrics and financial data

Collaborate with the
Principal Group
, technical teams, and sales coordinators for aligned and efficient processes.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Strategically cover assigned
geographical regions
to maximize outreach and conversion.
Handle client objections, offer
problem-solving solutions

Candidate Profile:
Education:
MBA or B.Tech in any discipline.
Strong command over
spoken and written English

Hindi

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Prior experience in
education sales, corporate sales, or university sales

Comfortable with
frequent travel
for client meetings, events, and presentations.
