We are seeking a proactive and results-driven

Business Development Executive

to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English, a background in

corporate, education, or university sales

, and the willingness to

travel across regions

to generate and convert leads. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.

You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and closing deals while collaborating closely with internal teams for seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand customer needs. Actively generate leads through

cold calling, networking

and other channels. Schedule and attend meetings with prospects; listen actively to understand concerns and requirements. Deliver tailored

presentations and demos

of our products/services to potential clients. Prepare regular reports with

sales performance metrics and financial data

. Collaborate with the

Principal Group

, technical teams, and sales coordinators for aligned and efficient processes. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Strategically cover assigned

geographical regions

to maximize outreach and conversion. Handle client objections, offer

problem-solving solutions

, and build long-term relationships.

Candidate Profile:



Education:

MBA or B.Tech in any discipline. Strong command over

spoken and written English

Hindi

is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Prior experience in

education sales, corporate sales, or university sales

is a strong advantage. Comfortable with

frequent travel

for client meetings, events, and presentations. Confident in customer-facing scenarios and skilled in

objection handling

. Highly motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to changing priorities. Strong

numerical skills

and analytical thinking.
