Job Summary:
Fly2Infinity is seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive business growth through client acquisition and relationship management. The BDE will play a key role in identifying potential clients via LinkedIn and direct outreach, meeting them to understand their recruitment needs, and offering tailored hiring solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients (companies) via LinkedIn and other platforms.
Schedule and attend client meetings to understand their recruitment requirements.
Build strong relationships with HR professionals and decision-makers.
Maintain a database of leads and client interactions.
Coordinate with internal recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of client needs.
Follow up with clients for feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
Meet weekly/monthly targets for client acquisition.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or BDE role (preferably in recruitment/HR sector).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and MS Office.
Self-motivated and result-oriented approach.
Must own a two-wheeler for client visits.
