What You'll Be Doing
Own top-of-the-funnel growth using multi-touch 2-1-2-1 outreach framework
Run ABM-led outreach via LinkedIn, email, events, and digital campaigns
Research and segment verticals, geographies, and buyer personas
Build named account lists and develop stakeholder maps
Use PBANT to qualify prospects and schedule meetings for AEs
Leverage CRM, sequencing tools, and AI assistants for tracking
Engage in forums, events, and social media to build influence
Collaborate with marketing on ABM-led outreach campaigns
What You Bring
1-5 years in B2B lead generation or business development
Comfort with outbound prospecting, digital outreach, and ABM methods
High resilience, curiosity, and tenacity to crack greenfield accounts
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
Familiarity with Salesforce, Teams, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
India + International exposure is a strong plus
Consistent track record of delivery exceptional pipeline
Support sales teams for closure and help navigating through various stakeholders
Understand organization dynamic and identifies key mobilisers and coach
Huge focus on value selling and build good base for AE's to engage and perform
