Position Overview



We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative / Business Development

Representative (BDR) to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying and

building relationships with companies - specifically Mid-Market, SMB and Digital Native

organizations - facing technology inefficiencies. You will connect them with our three

core pillars: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google Workspace, and our proprietary

AI-driven products, Zenta Pulse and AgentZone/GeminiEnterprise.

The ideal candidate thrives in a consultative sales environment, possesses a strong

grasp of Cloud and AI technologies, and has a proven track record in technology sales.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation and Prospecting



? Identify and target companies with technology-related cost and efficiency issues,

utilizing tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and databases to build a

robust pipeline.

? Qualify incoming and outbound leads using frameworks such as BANT (Budget,

Authority, Need, Timing).

? Analyze market trends to uncover opportunities within the "Digital Native" sector.

Consultative Sales & Solution Selling

? Cloud & Workspace: Help organizations transition from on-premise/legacy setups

to the Google Cloud environment and promote Google Workspace productivity

apps.

? AI Innovation: Position D3V's proprietary solutions--Zenta Pulse and

AgentZone/GeminiEnterprise - as the answer to client needs, specifically utilizing

your knowledge of Generative AI to showcase measurable automation benefits.

? Understand potential clients' challenges through research and direct

communication, tailoring solutions (e.g., Compute Engine, BigQuery, Vertex AI) to

increase customer satisfaction.

Relationship Building & CRM Management



? Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and

stakeholders.

? Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the sales cycle, helping

customers set up trial accounts to gain hands-on experience.

? Maintain accurate records of sales activities, ensuring strict data hygiene within a

CRM platform to support the wider sales team.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

? Work closely with technical and project teams to align client needs with D3V's

capabilities.

? Ensure seamless hand-offs from sales to delivery teams or Account Executives.

Sales Strategy and Reporting

? Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals.

? Track and report progress, insights, and challenges to the leadership team.

Qualifications



Experience



? 3+ years in sales, business development, or a similar role in the technology,

SaaS, or Cloud Computing sector.

? Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets (e.g., "Best

Performer" awards).

Skills



? Tech Stack: Proficiency with CRMs is highly valued, alongside sales intelligence

tools like ZoomInfo or Apollo.

? AI Proficiency: Experience with Generative AI and utilizing AI tools to effectively

sell AI-driven products like AgentZone/GeminiEnterprise.

? Communication: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to

translate technical concepts (Machine Learning APIs, Cloud Storage) into

business value.

? Analysis: Strong analytical skills to identify and articulate client challenges.

Education



? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology (IT), or Computer Science
