Role Purpose
Open doors and build a
predictable, qualified pipeline
. Research target accounts, run thoughtful multi-channel outreach, secure discovery meetings, and partner with leadership from
qualification ? proposal support
. You're the first handshake - curious, clear, trusted.
Represent Talk at selective forums/networking (as needed) to warm pipelines.
What You'll Need (Must-Haves)
1-3 years
in business development/client partnerships at a creative/digital/integrated agency
(mandatory).
Proven record
booking qualified meetings
with senior decision-makers (India + global).
Clear written/spoken English, consultative discovery style.
Hands-on with
CRM
(HubSpot or similar) + prospecting stack (LinkedIn Sales Navigator; Apollo/Instantly, etc.).
Storytelling basics (PowerPoint/Canva) to support proposals/pitches.
Disciplined, metric-driven, owns weekly outreach + meeting targets.
Nice to Have
Experience with
RFP/RFQ
coordination and proposal logistics.
Self-starter, independent yet effective in fast, collaborative teams.
