Role Purpose



Open doors and build a

predictable, qualified pipeline

. Research target accounts, run thoughtful multi-channel outreach, secure discovery meetings, and partner with leadership from

qualification ? proposal support

. You're the first handshake - curious, clear, trusted.

What You'll Do



Prospect with intent:

Map ICPs, build target lists, identify buying committees (founders, CMOs, brand heads).

Human outreach:

Email + LinkedIn (+ light calling/video notes) tailored to category and pain points.

Own the first mile:

Move cold ? curious ? qualified, book discovery for BD Lead/domain expert/founder, ensure clean handoffs.

Craft the narrative:

Write first-touch copy, package case studies/one-pagers, contribute to decks/proposals.

Triage inbound:

Qualify, route fast, keep momentum.

Pipeline discipline:

Maintain CRM hygiene (activities, next steps, stages, notes), weekly progress + monthly/quarterly forecasts.

Read the market:

Track trends/competitors, spot RFPs, communities, offline opportunities.

Show up:

Represent Talk at selective forums/networking (as needed) to warm pipelines.

What You'll Need (Must-Haves)



1-3 years

in business development/client partnerships at a creative/digital/integrated agency

(mandatory).

Proven record

booking qualified meetings

with senior decision-makers (India + global). Clear written/spoken English, consultative discovery style. Hands-on with

CRM

(HubSpot or similar) + prospecting stack (LinkedIn Sales Navigator; Apollo/Instantly, etc.). Storytelling basics (PowerPoint/Canva) to support proposals/pitches. Disciplined, metric-driven, owns weekly outreach + meeting targets.

Nice to Have



Experience with

RFP/RFQ

coordination and proposal logistics. Self-starter, independent yet effective in fast, collaborative teams.
