Key Responsibilities
Drive the
entire sales cycle
: prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound and inbound channels.
Present tailored IT solutions (SaaS, DaaS, mobile apps, app/web development) to meet client requirements.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and operations) for successful project delivery.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Track, analyze, and report sales activities using CRM and other tools.
Stay updated on
IT industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
to identify new opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
4-5 years of proven experience in
end-to-end IT service sales
in the Indian market.
Strong knowledge of SaaS, DaaS, mobile applications, app development, and website development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and online communication tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
