To accelerate our growth, we're hiring a

Business Development Representative (BDR)

to identify new business opportunities, build qualified pipelines, and support our sales team in closing high-value B2B deals.

About the Role



This role is ideal for someone who understands the software development lifecycle and has hands-on experience engaging tech decision-makers--founders, CTOs, and product leaders--through cold outreach, discovery calls, and relationship-building efforts.

You'll work closely with founders and senior sales leadership to drive revenue and build long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities



Prospect and qualify new business opportunities across target industries (startups, SaaS, agencies, etc.) Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to engage key decision-makers Book and lead discovery meetings to understand client needs and present initial solutions Build and maintain a qualified pipeline using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and Sales Navigator Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach campaigns, ICP refinement, and messaging Prepare and present custom proposals in coordination with sales leadership Stay updated on software trends, client industries, and competitor movements

Requirements



2-4 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or client acquisition in the IT or software development industry Experience engaging with startups, SMBs, or enterprise tech buyers Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Familiarity with custom software sales, outsourcing models, or MVP development cycles Comfortable using CRM and outreach tools like HubSpot, Instantly, or similar Self-starter who thrives in remote, fast-paced, high-ownership environments
