Duties and Responsibilities of a Marketing Executive
Marketing Strategy Execution:
Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns.
Support brand promotion and lead generation efforts across various platforms.
Offline Promotions:
Organize and manage local promotional events, exhibitions, and showroom activities.
Distribute flyers, hoardings, and other print materials in target locations.
Market Research & Analysis:
Study competitor activity, market trends, and customer preferences.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve campaigns and positioning.
Lead Management:
Track and follow up on marketing-generated leads.
Share warm leads with the sales team and support conversion.
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through calls, messages, and emails.
Encourage customer reviews and referrals.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on marketing performance.
Maintain records of advertising expenses, leads, and outcomes.
Support Sales Team:
Assist sales executives with promotional tools, client presentations, and showroom displays.
