Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Generate leads via LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, email campaigns, and other online platforms.
Understand client requirements and create tailored proposals in coordination with the technical team.
Manage the complete sales cycle -- from initial contact and proposal to negotiation and closure.
Maintain and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Track all sales activities in CRM tools and prepare regular reports.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Requirements:
1-3 years of proven experience in IT business development or pre-sales.
Experience in lead generation and bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical services like web development, mobile apps, UI/UX, etc.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
