Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Identify and research potential customers in

corporates, IT companies, IT parks, OEMs, manufacturing units, data centers, banks and industries

. Conduct

cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach

to generate qualified leads. Pitch services:

E-waste recycling, ITAD, secure data destruction, reverse logistics, CSR/EPR support

. Set up meetings and site visits for the Sales Manager / field sales team. Maintain and update lead data in CRM and track pipeline progress. Follow up with prospects consistently to move them toward closure. Assist in proposal preparation, quotation confirmation and documentation when required. Meet weekly/monthly

lead, meeting and opportunity targets

.

Preferred Candidate Profile



1-5 years of experience

in B2B Inside Sales / Business Development. Experience in

E-waste / ITAD / Electronics / IT / OEM / Sustainability / Facility Management / Industrial solutions

preferred (not mandatory for motivated candidates). Strong communication skills (English & Hindi mandatory; Marathi advantage). Confident in

cold calling and corporate communication

. Comfortable using CRM, LinkedIn and basic MS Office/Excel.
