Role Purpose:
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new leads in the mast climbing work platform rental industry. This role builds the foundation of the sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, initial outreach, and interest generation, ensuring quality opportunities are handed over to the Sales Engineer. Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and qualify new contacts within target industries and projects.
2. Conduct daily outbound calls, follow-ups, and email outreach campaigns.
3. Generate and forward qualified leads and opportunities to the Sales Engineer.
4. Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings/presentations for the Sales team.
5. Maintain accurate activity records (calls, emails, responses, leads) in CRM.
6. Support market research initiatives to expand customer base.
7. Contribute to marketing campaigns through lead nurturing and feedback.
Mandatory Qualifications:
1. Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management, Business, Marketing or Literature.
2. 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales.
Mandatory Skills:
1. Must be willing to learn and take initiative.
2. Strong Communication & Relationship Building Skills.
3. Ability to work in target-driven environment.
4. Basic Knowledge of CRM and Sales tools.
5. Shall have pleasing soft Skills
6. Proficient in English & Hindi Language: Written & Verbal.
7 Basic Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
