We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our HR Outsourcing and HRMS services to small and mid-sized companies in Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits and meet potential clients from our pre-qualified database.
Present our HR services including Payroll, Attendance, Compliance (PF/ESIC), HRMS & Employee Self- Service.
Scheduled emocore meetings and coordinate with the operations team.
Maintain daily sales tracker and CRM updates.
Achieve monthly targets of visits, lead generation, and closures.
Build long - term relationships and maintain customer satisfaction.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
Confidence in sales presentation and B2B client handling.
Basic knowledge of HR/Payroll concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
Familiarity with Google Sheets/CRM or basic reporting tools.
Self-driven, organized, and result-oriented.
