We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Lead Closer) who will play a key role in driving business growth by converting qualified leads into clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to represent Bricks Media during client meetings and site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of qualified leads and convert them into successful deals.
Visit client offices or meeting locations for presentations, discussions, and closures.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing or web solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding after closure.
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Follow up with potential leads through calls, emails, and meetings to ensure conversion.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
Prepare and maintain daily and weekly reports on lead status, meetings, and closures.
