Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international jewellery markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retail partners.
Plan and execute
BTL marketing activities
, events, and promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement.
Organize and manage
jewellery exhibitions, trade shows, and trunk shows
for brand promotion and lead generation.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and production teams to align business strategies.
Monitor competitor activities and emerging trends to identify new opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and expansion targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
4-8 years of experience in business development or sales (jewellery industry preferred).
Experience in
BTL activations, exhibitions, and event coordination
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting systems.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and exhibitions.
