About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and support the sales growth of the company in the Calicut region. The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, and target-driven.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients
Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and market research
Schedule meetings and presentations for the sales team
Understand customer requirements and explain company products/services
Maintain and update customer data and lead records
Support sales team in closing deals and achieving targets
Conduct competitor and market analysis
Prepare daily and weekly business development reports
Requirements
Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree
Experience: 0-2 years in business development or sales (preferred, not mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated
Willingness to travel within Calicut and nearby areas
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
Male candidates only
