Job Title: Hospital Marketing Manager/Specialist

Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Hospital Marketing professional to develop and execute marketing strategies that promote our hospital's services, build brand awareness, and drive patient engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote hospital services and programs

- Manage and execute social media, email, and content marketing campaigns

- Collaborate with hospital departments to identify marketing opportunities and develop targeted marketing materials

- Analyze market trends, patient feedback, and campaign results to inform future marketing strategies

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, patients, and community partners

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- Proven experience in healthcare marketing or a similar industry

- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, segmentation, and targeting

- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

- UG - Any Specialization

- PG- Any Specialization

-Master's degree in Marketing or a related field

- Certification in marketing or a related field (e.g., Certified Healthcare Marketing Executive)

- Experience with marketing automation tools, social media management platforms, and analytics software
