Position Overview
We are looking for a
dynamic and result-driven Business Development Representative (BDR)
to join our growing team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating new leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (calls, social media, walk-ins, referrals, etc.)
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
Promote Le Cliff's services and educate clients about hair fixing and restoration options
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to improve client experience
Track leads, prepare reports, and provide insights on business performance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relations (experience in beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients
Proficiency in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an advantage)
Self-motivated, persuasive, and professional attitude
