Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional proficient in English and Malayalam to lead our outdoor marketing initiatives. The role involves driving business growth through strategic B2B tie-ups, market research, and effective marketing campaigns while supporting internal teams with guidance and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, establish, and maintain

B2B tie-ups

to enhance business opportunities. Prepare and deliver impactful

presentations

to potential partners and stakeholders. Conduct

market studies

to analyze trends, opportunities, and competition. Develop and execute

business development strategies

aligned with company objectives. Plan and manage

outdoor marketing activities

and promotional events. Design and implement

marketing strategies

to strengthen brand visibility and lead generation. Collaborate with and

guide the counseling and other internal teams

to ensure alignment with marketing goals.

Should be flexible for outdoor activities and working hours

Requirements:

Proficiency in

English and Malayalam

(spoken and written). Strong

presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Experience in

marketing, business development, or event management

will be an added advantage.
