We're looking for an enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our in-house team, focusing on acquiring and managing corporate clients for railway branding opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Client Calling: Proactively reach out to prospective corporate clients to introduce our railway branding services and identify their marketing needs.
Conversion & Follow-up: Skillfully convert leads into successful partnerships through compelling sales pitches and diligent follow-up.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for repeat business.
Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly conversion and follow-up targets.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer proficiency.
Salary & Incentives:
Incentives: Uncapped incentives based on performance. High performers have the potential to earn upwards of ?70,000 per month!
