Recognize the needs of consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the software offered by the company.
Advises customers on technical matters and recommends appropriate computer configurations.
Provide technical support after Product is purchased.
Demonstrate product features before a sale.
Respond to pre-qualification questionnaire or information to tender document.
Help customers maximize the use of software features.
Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes.
Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls .
Market and promote a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and attending industry events
Providing technical guidance and support to customers on software installation, usage, and troubleshooting.
Answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the software product.
Maintaining and updating sales databases, CRM systems, and other relevant information
Required Skills
Experience with Linux commands and environments is a plus, particularly for troubleshooting client-side technical issues.
Confidence in verbal and written interactions
Customizing presentations and proposals based on industry
Diagnosing bugs, user errors, or configuration issues
Enough to communicate effectively with developers or explain to users
Deep understanding of products/services
Cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
Adapting quickly to new tools, scripts, or policies
