Business Development Manager (Third Party Manufacturing & PCD Franchise)

PCD Franchise and Third Party Manufacturing
across India. With a strong product portfolio and a reputation for quality, we're looking for a passionate and result-oriented professional to drive our business expansion nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop
new business opportunities
in the PCD franchise and third-party manufacturing segments.
Generate leads, build relationships, and
convert inquiries into long-term clients
.
Handle client queries regarding product range, pricing, packaging, and manufacturing timelines.
Coordinate with the production and design team for
timely order execution and brand artwork approvals
.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for payments, repeat orders, and satisfaction.
Develop and implement
strategic growth plans
to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA/ B.Pharma preferred).
2-5 years of experience
in pharma third-party manufacturing / PCD franchise business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and handle clients independently.
Good understanding of pharmaceutical documentation and product segments.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
