Role Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) who can generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue across all Rich Webs services. The role requires strong sales skills, clear communication, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Revenue Growth
Sell all Rich Webs services including:
Website and App Development
SEO and Performance Marketing
Social Media Marketing
Branding and UI/UX
Technology and Startup Consulting
Understand client business requirements and propose suitable solutions
Conduct sales calls, online meetings, and in-person discussions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Lead Generation and Client Acquisition
Generate leads through LinkedIn, referrals, inbound inquiries, and outreach
Manage and nurture a structured sales pipeline
Convert cold, warm, and inbound leads into paying clients
Client Communication and Relationship Management
Conduct requirement discovery and solution presentations
Coordinate with internal teams for proposal creation and project handover
Maintain long-term client relationships and upsell services
Proposal, Negotiation, and Closure
Prepare and present professional proposals
Negotiate pricing, scope, and timelines
Close deals and ensure smooth client onboarding
Skills and Requirements
Strong sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
Understanding of digital marketing, web development, and IT services
Ability to explain technical solutions in simple business terms
Target-driven mindset with focus on revenue generation
