Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru! In this exciting role, you will play a key part in driving our sales growth and building strong client relationships in the Bengaluru market.

Roles and Responsibilities:



To generate the leads from cold calling & identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process. To set up and deliver sales presentations of products/services demonstrations on a daily basis. To ensure systematic follow-up with the client to take the sales pitch to closure. To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company's payment terms. To ensure the following clients on daily bases until close the deal.

Skills

:

Quick thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal communication skills. Excellent active listening skills. Innovative vision and foresight to anticipate and create new opportunities that resonate with your customer. Knowledge of local languages Kannada and English. Must be interested in Field Sales. Strong Organisational skills and Time Management skills.

Good to have:



Basics in MS Excel, Google Forms and Google sheets. Two-Wheeler Transport.

Qualification:



At least having 6 months to 1 year of Field sales experience or Freshers 12th Graduates minimum
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
