Responsibilities:
Drive
outbound prospecting
via cold calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
Identify, qualify, and nurture leads across
SMBs, mid-market, or enterprise clients
.
Own the
end-to-end sales cycle
-- from first touch to closing the deal.
Conduct compelling
product demos
to potential clients, addressing pain points and showcasing value.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine sales messaging and pitch strategy.
Maintain accurate pipeline management in CRM and provide weekly/monthly forecasts.
Consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Must Have:
2-4
+
years
of experience in
B2B outbound sales
(preferably in SaaS or product-based companies).
Strong understanding of
solution selling
and value-based consultative sales.
Experience in
SaaS, HR Tech, or recruitment tech
is highly preferred.
Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle -- from outreach to closure.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
