Job Overview:


We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. As a BDR at PICSYS, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our innovative video surveillance and AI analytics solutions in both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound outreach. Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients across targeted industries through proactive outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social media). Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives and Regional Sales Managers. Present PICSYS products and solutions to prospective customers with a deep understanding of their business needs. Work closely with the marketing team to implement targeted outreach campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and solution implementation. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company and grow the brand. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence to refine strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools. Work closely with the marketing team to implement targeted outreach campaigns. Stay informed on industry trends to tailor outreach strategies effectively.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role. Strong interest in technology, AI, or video surveillance solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Prior experience in B2B sales or tech startups is a plus. Willingness to travel, if required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?360,000.00 - ?510,000.00 per year
