We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help us identify, engage, and secure advertisers and media agencies to allocate budgets. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and passionate about digital advertising and mobile app promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads for advertisers and agencies interested in app advertising.
Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and networking events.
Pitch advertising opportunities to potential clients and demonstrate ROI potential.
Negotiate preliminary deals and maintain relationships with advertisers.
Research market trends and competitors to suggest new business opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of digital advertising, app monetization, or mobile marketing is a plus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
Ability to work from the office in SEC 2, Faridabad, with hybrid flexibility as needed.
KPIs / Success Metrics:
Number of qualified leads generated monthly.
Meetings/demos booked with potential advertisers.
Conversions of advertisers/partners with allocated budgets.
Growth in revenue from advertising deals.
