We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to manage and expand our
overseas business operations
. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be confident in interacting with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in overseas markets
Communicate with international clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings
Generate leads, follow up, and convert prospects into customers
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for overseas clients
Maintain strong relationships with existing international customers
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deals
Keep track of market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Mandatory Skills & Requirements
Excellent English communication (verbal & written) is mandatory
Confident, presentable, and professional communication style
Ability to handle international clients and time zones
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
