Job Title: Business Development Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM software
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improvement
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in telesales or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
