Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings to introduce loan products and services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their financial needs.
Explain loan products clearly and guide customers through the loan application process.
Meet monthly sales and business development targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Freshers
: Strong communication skills, confidence, and eagerness to build a career in sales/finance.
Experienced (1-10 years)
: Prior experience in sales, financial services, banking, or loan products will be an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools preferred.
Education:
Graduate/ Postgraduate in any discipline (Business, Finance, or Marketing preferred).
