The Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic sales and market expansion activities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Present company products/services to prospective clients and negotiate contracts
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports
Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align business strategies
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
