Role: Business Growth Manager
We're looking for a dynamic and goal-driven individual who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to potential partners (schools, coaching centers, institutions), and driving revenue growth for our platform.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through online and offline channels
Pitch our platform to schools, coaching centers, and individual users
Conduct meetings, demos, and presentations to decision-makers
Build strong, long-term client relationships
Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and outreach
Track performance and meet monthly growth targets
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Passion for EdTech and education reform
Self-starter with a growth mindset
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Prior sales or outreach experience is a plus (not mandatory)
