Nova Benefits has been co-founded by Yash Gupta (IIT Delhi - Computer Science, Samsung Korea) and Saransh Garg (IIT Bombay, BCG, Accel, Y-Combinator). We are backed by top global and regional VC's such as Bessemer Venture Partners, SIG, Better Capital, Titan Capital and Multiply Ventures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to leads (HR leaders, Finance leaders, Founders) to convey Nova’s value proposition
  • Convert qualified leads into scheduled product demos with your Business Development Lead
  • Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices

  • You’ve done some selling in the past and have the ability and desire to become great at sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • You have the "Hunger" to achieve and you find motivation in temporary setbacks
  • You don’t believe in settling, you find ways to overachieve and keep improving
  • Your ability to learn is off the charts
  • You love connecting with people online, on the phone, and face-to-face
